This project included transforming an unfinished attic space of a century old courthouse
into the judges chambers. The judges chambers included judges offices, conference
room, and offices for their support staff.
Exposed brick walls with large arched openings highlight the space. New finishes
include pressed tin ceilings, a locally manufactured product. An original, very
distressed stair leading to the clock tower was left as a feature to not only provide
access to the clock tower, but to define this as a space re-purposed from an unfinished
attic into a functioning dynamic office space.
